Will Rogers Masterplan Improvements

Event Facilities Fort Worth (EFFW) engaged The Projects Group as Owner's Representative to oversee several site development and enablement projects for the future Dickies Arena.
The projects included the design and construction of a large retaining wall (along the western edge of the Fort Worth Botanic Garden) as well as parking lots and landscape improvements to be used by the Will Rogers Complex. This large civil project included roadwork plus several large utility improvement projects.
To implement the projects, TPG collaborated with numerous stakeholders including EFFW, The City of Fort Worth, the Botanic Garden, Will Rogers Memorial Center, as well as consultants and contractors.
